Homemade Protein Balls

When it comes to the variety of protein bars and balls, the sky is the limit. With over a 100 different variations and combinations of ingredients, they’re easily the most versatile energy provider.

Today’s energy balls are a simple combination of cashews, dates and cinnamon. The cashews are rich in taste and cover up the overly sweet dates perfectly. A hint of cinnamon provides the perfect autumn/fall palate.

Cashew Energy Balls

Makes 8 balls


  • 1/2 cup salted cashews
  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 1 tsp cinnamon


Blend all the ingredients. When it clumps together, form into balls and refrigerate.
